We at BAALA strive to provide a seamless and enriching experience for all our conference participants. Please carefully review our Refunds and Returns Policy below before purchasing your ticket:

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to events@baala.org.za no later than 15 February 2025.
    • Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made before this date.
  2. Processing Refunds:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request.
    • A 10% administrative fee will be deducted from the total ticket price for all refunds.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Tickets purchased after the refund deadline are non-refundable.
    • The gala dinner fee and any additional services are non-refundable.

Transfers

  1. Ticket Transfers:
    • If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another individual upon request.
    • Transfer requests must be submitted by 10 March 2025, including the new attendee’s details.

Cancellation of the Event

In the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by BAALA, full refunds will be issued to all ticket holders. No administrative fees will apply in such cases.
